Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. The Painter will be responsible for applying paint, varnishes, and other finishes to surfaces according to project specifications. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work efficiently to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.

- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and finishes.

- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.

- Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accurate and consistent results.

- Use masking tape and other protective materials to protect surfaces from paint spills or splatters.

- Repair and patch surfaces as needed to achieve a smooth and uniform finish.

- Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools.

- Work collaboratively with team members and other tradespeople to complete projects on time and to client satisfaction.

- Follow safety procedures and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a painter or in a related role preferred.

- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.

- Ability to interpret project plans and specifications.

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.

- Willingness to follow safety protocols and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
