Jebel Ali Industrial Area, Dubai

2007 (16+ years of experience)

Specialization:

Electrical, Plumbing & Civil Maintenance

Painter - Roles & Responsibilities



Surface Prep:

Clean, sand & prime before painting

Painting & Finishing:

Apply paint, varnish & coatings (brush, roller, spray)

Sealant Mixing:

Like polyurethane, epoxy, etc.

Repair & Maintenance:

Fill cracks, holes & repair surfaces

Safety Compliance:

Follow safety protocols & wear protective gear

Cleanup:

Maintain a tidy workspace post-painting

Client Coordination:

Understand project requirements & ensure quality

Equipment Care:

Clean & store painting tools properly

Requirements



Education:

High school diploma preferred; vocational training is a plus

Technical Knowledge:

Paint types, surface prep, application methods, color matching

Safety & Compliance:

Protective gear, ventilation, chemical handling

Experience:

2+ years in GCC

Age Limit:

Below 40

Salary:

Based on performance & knowledge
