Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Painter with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both interior and exterior painting work, surface preparation, and the use of various painting tools and techniques. Familiarity with UAE safety regulations, materials, and climate-related painting requirements is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks. Mix and match paints to desired colors and consistencies. Apply paints, stains, and coatings to walls, ceilings, furniture, buildings, and other surfaces. Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape and paper to protect surrounding areas. Operate various tools and equipment such as brushes, rollers, and spray guns. Maintain and clean tools and equipment after use. Inspect completed work to ensure proper coverage and finish quality. Follow all health and safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Communicate with clients or supervisors to understand job requirements and timelines.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of relevant painting experience in the UAE (residential, commercial, or industrial). Strong knowledge of painting tools, materials, and application techniques suited for UAE climate conditions. Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, or layout drawings. Experience working in a multicultural team environment. Physically fit and able to perform manual labor and work at heights. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Basic understanding of English or Arabic is preferred.
