As a Painter you are responsible in maintenance and upkeep of all final finishes in Guest rooms, Public areas and other premises. What\xe2\x80\x99s in it for you:

- Ensures the optimum condition and appearance of all civil, interior design, and Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment finishes by following the preventive maintenance program
- Ensures environmentally friendly practices are followed when handling chemicals, paints, varnishes, strippers, and other finishing products
- Daily checking of Maintenance Log Book highlighting problems and solutions efficiently
- Responds to guest requests promptly in a professional and courteous manner
- Actively participates in departmental meeting by providing feedback and offering suggestions for improvement
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests\xe2\x80\x99 and employees\xe2\x80\x99 health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment

- Minimum of two year experience in similar role in Hotel Industry (preferably from 5* Hotel)
- Proficient in all manner of carpentry, interior design and FF&E repair, refurbishment, and maintenance
- The ability to use all general repair tools, read shop drawings and specifications, make rough estimates of required materials.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
- Constant standing and walking throughout shift
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs
- Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
