DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB PROFILE:Organize work in a skilled and professional manner
Select the correct materials from the Engineering store
Advise Supervisor/Team leader promptly of any problems
Ensure safe working conditions for yourself and colleagues
Ensure that work areas are left in a safe and tidy condition
Work on own initiative without full supervision or direction
Ensure that the par level stock is maintained for the fast moving items related to your trade, in the stores
Be familiar and comply with all relevant Engineering Departmental Policies, Process and Procedures
Knowledge of Building Management System
Knowledge of basics of engineering drawing
Perform any other duties requested by the management

QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma
Trade certificate
Basics of Building Management System

Desirable:
Any other technical qualifications with High School Diploma


EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Painting and polishing experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Hotel industry

Preferably should have experience in hospitality environment maintenance and installation
