Minimum 4 years in painting works (construction/interior/fit-out projects in UAE)
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and applying primer.
Mix, match, and apply paints, varnishes, lacquers, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
Execute painting works on walls, ceilings, wood, metal, and other surfaces as per project requirements.
Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment to achieve the required finish.
Follow color codes, specifications, and client-approved samples.
Apply protective and decorative coats to ensure durability and quality standards.
Inspect painted surfaces and carry out necessary touch-ups or corrections.
Ensure proper storage and handling of painting tools, materials, and equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and safety at the worksite at all times.
Comply with Dubai Municipality and HSE safety regulations at project sites.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years proven experience as a Painter in Dubai (construction/interior/fit-out industry).
Skilled in different painting techniques (roller, spray, brush, texture, stencil, decorative finishes).
Knowledge of surface preparation, paint mixing, and color matching.
Ability to work with various paints, varnishes, and finishing materials.
Familiar with Dubai quality standards and safety practices.
Physically fit and able to work at heights and in different site conditions.
Team player with good time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in villas, commercial buildings, or interior fit-out projects in Dubai.
Knowledge of gypsum finishing, putty, and polishing work is an added advantage.
