Job Description

"This job is located in Umm Al Quwain New Industrial Area" The package is including accommodation. As an Auto Interior Painter, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and paint the interiors of vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish and aesthetic appeal. You will work with various materials, including leather, fabric, vinyl, plastic, and metal, to restore or customize the interior surfaces of automobiles, to match with the upholstery design & decor. Key Responsibilities:

Surface Preparation: Thoroughly clean and prepare the interior surfaces of vehicles for painting, including removing dust, dirt, grease, and any previous coatings. Repair and smoothen any imperfections or damages using appropriate tools and techniques.
Painting Application: Utilize spray guns, brushes, rollers, or other appropriate painting equipment to apply the paint evenly and smoothly to interior surfaces. Maintain proper techniques to avoid drips, runs, or other imperfections.
Surface Masking and Protection: Safeguard non-paintable areas and components, such as dashboards, controls, seatbelts, and upholstery, by using masking tape, plastic covers, or other protective measures. Ensure that surrounding areas are adequately protected from overspray.
Quality Control: Inspect finished surfaces for any flaws, color inconsistencies, or other imperfections. Make necessary touch-ups or adjustments to achieve the desired final appearance. Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as an auto interior painter or similar role in the automotive industry.
Proficiency in color mixing and matching techniques.
Knowledge of different paint types, finishes, and their application methods.
Familiarity with tools and equipment used in automotive painting, including spray guns, brushes, rollers, and masking materials.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for color accuracy and surface quality.
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of safety protocols and environmental regulations related to painting operations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
