Perform
surface preparation
such as sanding, patching, filling cracks, and applying primer.
Inspect assigned areas and determine required painting materials and methods.
Mix and match paints to achieve the required colours and finish.
Apply paints, varnishes, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray machines.
Protect furniture, flooring, and surrounding surfaces by using drop cloths and masking materials.
Ensure all works are completed as per safety standards and quality requirements.
Perform
touch-ups, repainting, and finishing works
as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and work areas after completing tasks.
Report any damages, defects, or additional maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a painter in building/flat maintenance.
Knowledge of paint types, mixing, and application techniques.
Knowledge of painting with Air Compressor
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic knowledge of safety procedures and proper handling of materials.
