To carry out high-quality painting and finishing works for interior and exterior surfaces in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. The role requires expertise in surface preparation, application techniques, and finishing, aligned with UAE/GCC quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by removing old paint, filling cracks and holes, sanding, cleaning, and priming as required.
Apply paints, varnishes, wallpapers, enamel, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, doors, and external surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Match, mix, and apply paint and finishes according to color charts and client specifications.
Perform touch-ups and repairs on painted surfaces to maintain a uniform finish.
Work on both new construction and maintenance/renovation projects within FM contracts.
Inspect completed work to ensure the highest standard of finish and client satisfaction.
Use ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment to work at heights when needed.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and follow company safety procedures.
Collaborate with other maintenance team members to complete multi-scope tasks.
Follow health and safety protocols, including proper disposal of paint and hazardous materials.
Maintain daily records of work completed and materials used.
Qualifications & Requirements:
High school education or technical training in painting works.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE/GCC in interior and exterior painting for villas, apartments, offices, or commercial facilities.
Strong knowledge of various painting techniques (spray, roller, brush), material types (emulsion, enamel, texture), and surface preparation methods.
Ability to mix and match colors accurately.
Familiarity with UAE safety standards and PPE usage.
Must be physically fit and able to work in hot/outdoor conditions when required.
Basic knowledge of English (to follow work instructions); Hindi/Urdu skills are an advantage.
Eye for detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality finish.
