Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.
Apply paint, coatings, and finishes to various materials using both spray guns and brushes.
Mix paints to the desired consistency, ensuring accurate color and texture.
Ensure a smooth, even, and durable finish on all surfaces.
Perform quality checks to ensure completed work meets company and industry standards.
Maintain and clean spray equipment and brushes after each use.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Spray Painter (both spray and brush techniques).
Strong knowledge of painting materials and finishes.
Ability to work with various types of spray equipment and brushes.
Excellent attention to detail and precision in paint application.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of safety protocols and proper handling of materials.
Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various conditions (indoors and outdoors).
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
