Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Paint Mixing Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating paint mixing equipment to produce high-quality Nippon and Betek paint products according to precise specifications and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Operate paint mixing machines and equipment to create accurate color formulations Mix Nippon and Betek paint products following established formulas and customer specifications Monitor mixing processes to ensure proper consistency, texture, and color accuracy Perform quality control checks on finished paint batches Maintain detailed records of mixing formulas, batch numbers, and production data Clean and maintain mixing equipment and work area according to safety standards Manage paint inventory and ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished products Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience operating industrial mixing equipment preferred Strong attention to detail and excellent color discrimination abilities Ability to read and follow technical formulas and mixing instructions Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift materials up to 50 lbs Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Nippon or Betek paint products Forklift operation certification Experience with computerized mixing systems

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
