About the Role




We are seeking a Paid Search & Display Lead with advanced expertise across web and mobile acquisition channels to drive performance at scale. This role will own the full-funnel user growth lifecycle from traffic expansion to conversion, retention, and LTV optimization across global markets.You will lead paid search and display strategies across Google, Bing, and top DSPs such as DV360, Liftoff, Applovin, Moloco, and more. This role is deeply analytical, tech-savvy, and performance-obsessed ideal for someone who thrives on data-driven experimentation, conversion optimization, and incremental growth.

Key Responsibilities



Omni-Channel Growth Ownership



Lead global search and display advertising across + Search: Google Ads, Bing, Apple Search Ads
+ Mobile Display: Meta, TikTok, DV360, Liftoff, Applovin, Moloco
+ Third-party Android stores and unlisted channels
Manage user acquisition from awareness to install, retention, and re-engagement Test creatives, audience segments, bidding strategies, and landing pages

Programmatic Advertising and Channel Development



Scale programmatic media buying strategies across global markets Develop high-performing channel partnerships and DSP relationships Coordinate closely with regional teams for local execution (Russia, LATAM, SEA, etc.)

Data-Driven Optimization and Attribution



Use tools such as AppsFlyer, Firebase, and GA4 for event tracking and attribution Monitor user behavior through funnel analysis and multi-touch attribution Translate insights into tactical changes to improve conversion and LTV

Cross-Functional Collaboration



Work closely with: + Creative teams for ad development and testing
+ Martech and tech teams for tracking, postbacks, and tag management
+ Affiliate and regional marketing leads for coordinated performance growth
Ensure campaigns align with broader performance goals and report progress to the Performance Lead Work closely with Growth Manager/Performance Lead Take up task provided by Head of Digital Marketing

Requirements



4 to 6+ years in paid media or performance marketing roles Hands-on experience with: + Google Ads, Bing, Apple Search Ads, and YouTube Ads
+ DSP platforms: Applovin, Liftoff, Moloco, DV360
+ Attribution tools: AppsFlyer, GA4, Firebase
Experience managing performance campaigns for both web and mobile platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience optimizing for CAC, ROAS, and LTV Strong grasp of user funnels, audience segmentation, and channel-specific nuances Excellent communication and project management skills Preferred: Experience in CFD, crypto exchang, gambling, casino gaming, or non-listed app promotion Experience in handling budget more than $1 Million and cloaking Must be able to talk Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications



Experience working across regulated or sensitive markets (e.g., EU, Russia, MENA, SEA and more) Familiarity with app store optimization (ASA/ASO) and mobile growth loops Knowledge of fraud prevention, event tagging, and post-install behavior optimization * Experience working with automated bidding, rule-based budget scaling, and performance monitoring
