-Conduct audience targeting, keyword research, and competitive analysis
-Collaborate with creative and content teams to craft high-converting ad campaigns
-Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid media
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Paid Media Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role
Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms and strategies
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Bonus Points:
Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or scaling ad campaigns
Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Facebook Ads Manager
