Job Summary: We are currently seeking a full-time experienced Paid Media Specialist to support our Brands in the setup, management, execution, optimization, and reporting of digital promotional campaigns. The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for managing paid digital platforms and tools across the business, setting up and administering paid PPC campaigns, implementing end-to-end campaign tracking, maintaining quality control, monitoring, and presenting reports/analytics based on business requirements. Experience required:
3+ years of experience managing paid search, online display and/or social ad campaigns
Hands-on experience in working with web analytics tools, paid ad management tools, programmatic ad and other digital platforms (Google Analytics, GTM, Google Ads, Google Ad Manager, social media platforms, YouTube etc.)
Intermediate experience with Google data studio, Google Optimize and other Google marketing platform products.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple initiatives under tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
Agency experience is a legitimate plus
Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail
Comfort with delivering strong, clear communication to internal stakeholders and external agencies
Outstanding time management and organization skills
The ability to work solo and with a team as needed
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies
Highly proficient computer skills
Main duties and responsibilities:
Develop multi-channel, fully integrated paid digital campaigns, and strategies, including search, display, social, video, and mobile across multiple platforms including, but not limited to Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
Advanced web skills, proficiency with Excel, search engine interfaces, and ad platforms
Responsible for key project management tasks, such as media grid updates, audience planning, tag building/execution and timeline tracking
Maintain ongoing, proactive, and consistent communications with internal stakeholders on account progress, performance, and problem resolution
Responsible for managing external digital agencies and engage in conception and optimization of online paid campaigns
Leverage several on and offline tools to carry out analysis and to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of paid media accounts
Actively test and analyse paid search ad copy to achieve maximum ROI
Execute and analyse monthly paid media business metrics, budgets, and reports
Research and evaluate paid marketing efforts and identify new campaign opportunities
Track paid media best practices, bid management systems, keyword developments, and industry trends
