Job Description

Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on major platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Conduct in-depth audience research and targeting to reach the right potential buyers and renters.

Create and test compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages for optimal conversion rates.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven optimizations to improve campaign efficiency.

Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in paid media and digital marketing.

Report on campaign results and metrics to key stakeholders.

Maintain campaign budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to achieve overall marketing goals.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in paid media advertising, preferably within the real estate industry.

Proven track record of success in delivering results through paid advertising campaigns.

Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads platforms.

Experience with conversion tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel).

Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
