About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Paid Media & SEO Specialist to join our growing marketing team. You will be responsible for managing all paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and optimizing our SEO strategy to drive qualified traffic and leads. You will be focusing on planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
Conduct in-depth keyword research, optimize website content, and execute on-page/off-page SEO to improve organic rankings on Google.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to meet lead generation and conversion goals.
Create and manage audience targeting strategies for different platforms.
Collaborate with external agencies to align ad creatives and copy with campaign goals.
Track, report, and present performance metrics, trends, and recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising and SEO practices.
Set up tracking pixels, conversion tracking, and A/B testing.
Troubleshoot campaign performance issues and implement data-driven solutions.

Requirements

Proven work experience (2+ years) in Paid Media (Google & Meta) and SEO.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
Hands-on experience in setting up and managing performance-driven campaigns.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from campaign data.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications.
Bachelor's degree in IT, B.Tech, Computer Science, or related technical field.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
