Job Overview

We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven

Paid Ads Manager

to lead and optimize our paid advertising initiatives across

Google Ads

,

Meta Ads

, and

LinkedIn Ads

. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in digital advertising and a deep understanding of the

UAE market

, with at least

2 years of hands-on experience in Dubai

. You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and scaling high-performing ad campaigns that drive conversions and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Plan, implement, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn platforms.

Local Market Targeting:

Use insights specific to the Dubai and UAE markets to tailor campaigns for maximum local relevance and impact.

Ad Creation & Optimization:

Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging visuals and videos.

Performance Tracking & Analytics:

Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Provide detailed reports and recommendations.

A/B Testing:

Conduct continuous A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.

Budget & Bid Management:

Manage campaign budgets effectively and adjust bidding strategies to ensure optimal ad spend.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the SEO, content, and design teams to ensure unified marketing strategies.

Stay Updated:

Keep up with the latest platform updates, trends, and compliance changes in paid media advertising.

Requirements

Experience:

4-6 years of total experience in paid advertising with

at least 2 years of proven experience in the Dubai market

Tools:

Proficient in

Google Analytics

Google Tag Manager

Certifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
