Role Overview:

Bakery Products Packing Supervisor

, where you'll lead the packing team to uphold our commitment to quality and safety.

We're seeking a detail-oriented leader with extensive food packaging experience, who can ensure efficient and compliant packing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, mentor, and guide

the packing team to ensure smooth daily operations Oversee all packaging processes to maintain top standards for product quality and hygiene Conduct training for staff in best packing practices and food safety procedures*

Optimize workflow

and resources to improve packing efficiency and reduce waste Maintain accurate records of packing activities, stocks, and production metrics Inspect packaging materials and finished goods for any defects Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety and hygiene policies Report any operational issues, defects, or non-compliance to management promptly

Qualifications:

Minimum

2 years' experience

in food product packaging (bakery sector preferred)

Minimum qualification Degree is mandatory In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance procedures Proven team leadership and staff development skills Strong organizational, record-keeping, and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with packaging machinery and materials (advantageous) Ready to commute or relocate to Ajman before joining Preference for candidates who can join immediately
