Job Title: Packing Staff

Location: Nuwa Dates - Al Ain

Experience Required: 0-1 Year (Packing/Food Handling Experience Preferred)

Job Purpose:

The Packing Staff is responsible for packing dates, chocolates, and related products according to Nuwa Dates standards. The role requires attention to quality, hygiene, accurate labeling, and maintaining product presentation for retail and wholesale orders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Packing & Product Handling

Pack dates, chocolate-coated dates, truffles, and other items as per product specifications.

Ensure correct weight, quantity, and presentation of each pack.

Arrange products neatly in boxes, trays, and gift packages.

Assist in preparing special orders and customized gift packaging.

2. Quality Control

Inspect dates and chocolates before packing to ensure freshness and quality.

Remove defective or damaged pieces.

Follow Nuwa Dates quality and presentation standards.

3. Labeling & Documentation

Apply labels, expiry dates, and barcodes accurately.

Record daily production and packing quantities as required.

Ensure proper identification of each product batch.

4. Hygiene & Safety

Maintain cleanliness of packing area, tools, and equipment.

Follow strict hygiene and UAE food safety regulations.

Wear gloves, uniforms, and safety gear as required.

Ensure products are handled with care to avoid contamination.

5. Coordination & Teamwork

Work closely with production staff, chocolate team, and supervisors.

Follow instructions and complete packing tasks within daily targets.

Assist in arranging finished goods for storage or delivery.

Support during peak seasons (Ramadan, events, and bulk orders).

Required Qualifications & Skills

1-3 year of experience in packing or food handling (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
