Description

We are looking for Packaging Machine Operator with minimum 03 years working experience as Machine Operator preferably in Packaging Machines. With background in FMCG, Food processing, manufacturing industry experiences, preferably with experience in packing line machine operations. Experience with knowledge of full cycle of production and understands and develops the area for optimization of resources usage.

Salary AED 1500 Plus food, accommodation and transport

The Machine Operator ensures the proper and correct use and maintenance of production blending and packaging machinery following the standard operating procedures. Make sure that the products produced are complying the highest quality for Food Safety Standards.

Responsibility 1: Machine Operation - running product-packaging equipment is a key responsibility of packaging operators. They are in charge of basic start up and set up at the beginning of the day. They also turn off machines at the end of a shift. They ensure that equipment runs properly according to company guidelines and SOP.

Responsibility 2: Product Quality Checking - Conducting product line quality control inspections is a critical task of packaging operators. They check for packaging materials, machine parts and equipment challenges before beginning of the shift to ensure good production output. Packaging operators also collect samples to evaluate packaging integrity and functionality and has vigilant eye to prevent damage to goods during the manufacturing process. They segregate any defective material and record inspection results. When problems arise, they report malfunctions to Supervisory and Quality Control Staff immediately. Their job is to also communicate any quality control issues to minimize rework costs.

Responsibility 3: Perform Administrative Work and Training - Packaging operators fill out administrative paperwork at the end of their shift, ensuring that all information is entered correctly. They communicate and update relevant information to the superiors. They also train new hires on the processes of equipment operation.
