Job Summary

The Scent Library is seeking a

creative and detail-oriented Packaging & Brand Designer

with experience in the perfume or luxury product sector. The role focuses on developing and maintaining high-quality packaging designs and brand assets that align with our niche fragrance identity, storytelling, and premium positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Design perfume packaging including bottles, labels, boxes, sleeves, and inserts Develop and maintain brand-consistent visual assets across packaging and print materials Create artwork files ready for production, ensuring print accuracy and compliance with suppliers' specifications Collaborate remotely with the marketing, product, and production teams Adapt designs for new launches, limited editions, and brand extensions Ensure all designs align with The Scent Library's brand identity, cultural narrative, and quality standards Revise and refine designs based on feedback and production requirements Manage multiple projects and meet agreed timelines

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a

Packaging Designer / Brand Designer

, preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury products Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging and brand design work (perfume or FMCG experience is a plus) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Strong understanding of print production, materials, finishes, and packaging structures Excellent attention to detail and typography skills Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setup Must be available

5 days per week
