We are looking for a

skilled and creative Packaging & Box Designer

to join our team in

Abu Dhabi

. This is a

full-time

role for someone who is passionate about both

hands-on physical crafting

and

digital design

. The ideal candidate will not only design on screen but also be able to build and finish custom gift and product boxes

from A to Z

.

Only candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered.

Job Overview:

As part of a growing company in the

luxury food and gifting

sector (saffron, nuts, tea, and more), your role will focus on

conceptualizing, crafting, and delivering high-quality packaging

that reflects the brand's premium image.

We are specifically looking for a

hands-on person

- someone who can physically create and assemble custom boxes, not just design them digitally. If you love creating beautiful packaging and enjoy working with materials, this job is for you.

Responsibilities:

Design and produce

custom packaging and gift boxes

Work from concept to completion -

design, cut, build, and finish

Create unique packaging styles aligned with our brand Use design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) for mockups and layouts Choose appropriate materials, printing techniques, and finishes Collaborate with marketing and management for new packaging ideas Handle prototyping, test runs, and custom production as needed Maintain high quality, functionality, and aesthetics in every box
Requirements:

Proven hands-on experience

in packaging design and box crafting Strong knowledge of

packaging materials, printing, and die-cutting

Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools Ability to bring packaging ideas to life - from idea to physical product Creative and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Experience in

luxury, food, or gift packaging

is a strong advantage Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
