Qualification & Skills:

A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field required

Extensive job experience in project management, specifially managing fit-out projects, with prior experience in theme parks or entertainment complexes peferred

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, as is a detail-oriented approach with a keen sense of aesthetics and design implementation

We are looking for an experienced Packager Manager - Theming who will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and quallity control of theming and fit-out packages for a large-scale theming park or entertainment park complex.



This role requires a blend of project management skills and a strong aesthetic understanding to ensure the implemented designs align with creative specifications

Key responsibilities::

Lead the planning and execution of all theming and fit-out projects, ensure alignment with client specifications and industry standards

Work closely with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to interpret design layouts and ensure their practical implementation on-site

Coordinate and manage various contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and installation

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety regulations and building codes

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, adapting to changes while minimizing impact on the overall project plan

Proactively troubleshoot design or installlation challenges and develop and implement rish management strategies

Maintain detailed documentation of progress, quality control, and safety compliance, and prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders
