The Role

At Guildhall we are delighted to be hiring on behalf of our client, a leading Real Estate Developer the role of PA / Communications Manager. We're looking for a Communication Manager to support C-Suite leadership in Dubai. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with top executives, managing communications, projects, and ensuring seamless operations. Are you a detail-oriented professional with a flair for executive communication and project coordination? What you'll be doing: - Organising and managing meetings, preparing agendas & capturing minutes - Turning minutes into actionable tasks and ensuring follow-through - Drafting correspondence, reports, and presentations for leadership - Coordinating strategic projects and tracking deliverables - Acting as the vital link between executives and stakeholders This is more than just an EA/PA role - it's a chance to be at the heart of executive decision-making while driving project efficiency. Requirements

Strong background in corporate communications and/or project coordination - Excellent English communication (Urdu is a plus) - Organised, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure - Skilled with digital tools like Salesforce, Asana, or similar
