Manage owner communications, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints effectively.
Oversee community-related issues and ensure compliance with RERA & DLD (Dubai Land Department) regulations.
Prepare and present reports to the Owners Association and Board.
Coordinate with facilities management, finance, and other departments for seamless community operations.
Support owners in understanding community rules, service charges, and legal requirements.
Organize meetings, draft circulars, and manage official correspondence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
Minimum
3 years' experience
in Owner's Affairs / Community Management within the UAE.
Knowledge of
Mollak system
, RERA regulations, and Owners Association laws.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Certification such as
CMCA / RERA certification
is a plus.
