to join his team across private luxury estates. With a focus on culinary artistry, precision, and discretion, the Owner-Chef demands a standard of service aligned with the expectations of fine dining and world-class hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Service Excellence

Deliver impeccable, discreet, and personalized service tailored to the chef's standards and client preferences. Demonstrate a deep understanding of high-end culinary protocols, global dining etiquette, and luxury hospitality traditions. Coordinate seamlessly between the kitchen, service, and logistics teams during private engagements and off-site events. Maintain the cleanliness, readiness, and ambiance of kitchen and service areas. Anticipate needs, adapt quickly, and perform under pressure with calm professionalism. Uphold the strictest confidentiality regarding the principal and guests at all times.

Assignments May Include:

Private in-home dining experiences Culinary programs aboard luxury yachts Exclusive events and seasonal residences Pop-up kitchens and international culinary activations Coordination with elite service professionals and international suppliers

Qualifications

The Owner-Chef is internationally recognized for creating bespoke, refined gastronomic experiences across the globe. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to uphold the highest standards in:

Kitchen operations and fine dining service Ingredient sourcing and procurement Plate presentation and guest interaction Attention to detail and flawless execution in luxury hospitality environments

Language Requirement:

English: C1 (Advanced) - additional languages are a plus
