We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai to join our team as a Freelance Customer Service cum E-Gaming Support Executive at Teleios Global FZ LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support while also assisting customers with setting up and troubleshooting E-Gaming systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gaming, excellent communication skills, and a reasonable technical background.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in setting up E-Gaming systems, including PC games and simulators.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to gaming hardware and software.
Provide extraordinary customer support to ensure a positive gaming experience for all customers.
Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
