Overseas Sales Manager Role Overview We are a home appliances brand based in the UAE for the last 25 years. We are looking for an experienced overseas sales manager with experience in the B2B market within the African continent. The aim of the role is to help us strengthen our existing accounts within Africa while helping us gain additional accounts and clients. Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop & execute regional sales and account plans in collaboration with sales stakeholders to achieve enrolment targets
  • Monitor competitor activity enabling greater in-market competitor awareness and analysis
  • Increases the business volume by maintaining a good business relationship with existing customers as well as negotiating deals with new clients and developing new market strategies.
  • Generate new B2B sales leads that align with the brand's goals.
  • Develop a business growth strategy along with an execution plan
  • Keeps up-to-date with the economic situation and monitors trends within the designated markets and industries and shares this information with the team accordingly.
  • Takes a proactive approach to sales, anticipating potential opportunities and developing new opportunities.
  • Develops strategic plans for specified region assigned and market sector and detailed account development plans for each key account.
  • Sets realistic, measurable sales standards, objectives, and goals (for sales activities and revenues) to be achieved and communicates to leaders and employees.
  • Leverages all available sales in an effort to optimize sales revenues.
  • Maintaining the daily, weekly, quarterly, half yearly and annual sales reports and records
  • Refers business opportunities from other market sectors to appropriate members of the sales team to ensure that these are actioned appropriately.
  • Identify partner growth opportunities and risk profile - active management of Account Plan
  • Align with the company mission, vision, values, and strategy and ensure they are translated into action through performance goals, communication, and feedback processes
  • Develop & execute regional sales and account plans in collaboration with sales stakeholders to achieve enrolment target
Skills Required
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in sales and marketing in GCC or even locally in UAE related to Home appliances, Power Tools
  • B2B Channel Experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce (CRM)
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar international or regional sales role (with a similar company, national distributor, or trading company)
  • Background and knowledge of GCC market environments.
  • Knowledge of general business concepts of international brand, retail and e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Overseas travel and periods away from home.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
