• Be responsible for overseas advertising business operation, establish in-depth cooperation with overseas advertisers, and increase overseas advertising revenue.
• Continuously optimize the ad operation strategy and effect, analyze the full-link data of ad placement, adjust the ad operation strategy, optimize the ad placement effect, and continuously optimize the operation system to maximize the traffic revenue.
• Research the overseas advertising market, deeply explore customer requirements, communicate with teams across departments, promote the development of platform capabilities such as the delivery system, operation tool, and DMP system, and promote the continuous improvement and innovation of the advertising system.

Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree or above, 3 years or above experience in Internet advertising industry.
• Have an in-depth understanding of the mobile Internet advertising system and be familiar with the operation of advertising products such as brand advertising, effect advertising, and search advertising.
• Have excellent capabilities in finding, analyzing, and solving problems, and have excellent data analysis and logic analysis capabilities.
• Strong cross-team communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, excellent learning ability, execution ability, and pressure resistance ability;
• Goal-oriented and self-driven work, and good at summarizing and outputting methodologies.
• Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing is preferred, and those with overseas work or study experience are preferred.
