The Head of Early Years promotes an inspiring vision and clear direction that is shared by all members of the Foundation Stage and the Senior Leadership Team. Education: Undergraduate degree and post-graduate teaching certification with additional educational management qualifications Experience: 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 school management/leadership in a similar setting Competencies:
