Coordinate daily outsourcing operations and support all related activities.
Communicate with vendors, agencies, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of services.
Handle documentation, reports, and follow-ups regarding outsourced tasks.
Monitor outsourcing performance and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate records and assist in preparing status updates.
Support internal departments by ensuring outsourced services meet company standards.
Perform basic administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience is preferred;
fresh graduates are welcome
.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organized, proactive, and able to multitask.
Basic computer skills (MS Office).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
