Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular
site visits
to contractors, consultants, developers, and project managers
Promote company products and services and explain technical features clearly
Identify new projects, leads, and potential clients
Prepare and submit
quotations
, proposals, and follow-ups
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts in coordination with management
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
Coordinate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM records
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
Minimum
2-5 years experience
in outdoor sales (construction, steel, cranes, or industrial sector preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications (advantage)
Valid UAE driving license
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Good knowledge of UAE construction market
