Role Summary

The Outdoor Sales Representative is responsible for visiting customers, handling site surveys, promoting the company's furniture products, generating sales orders, and ensuring excellent customer service. The candidate must be smart, confident, and capable of building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Visit new & existing customers to promote furniture products (Retail & Projects) Achieve monthly sales targets through outdoor market visits Prepare quotations and follow up on leads Conduct site measurements for furniture orders when required Maintain strong product knowledge of furniture items (sofas, cabinets, beds, office furniture, kitchen, wardrobes, etc.) Coordinate with delivery and production teams for order completion Maintain daily customer visit reports and submit to management Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally Support in marketing campaigns, showroom visits, and exhibitions Collect payments from credit customers when needed

Skills & Requirements

Male or Female candidates welcome Valid

Manual Driving License

required Experience in furniture / outdoor sales preferred Strong communication & negotiation skills Presentable personality with positive attitude Ability to work independently and meet targets Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, Email) Hardworking and flexible with timings Language: English + Hindi or Malayalam/Tamil/Arabic (Advantage)
