to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and delivering bakery products to clients -- including bakalas, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes -- while maintaining strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Visit existing and potential customers daily to promote and sell bakery products.
Deliver products safely and on time using a company vehicle.
Ensure proper product display and freshness at client locations.
Identify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
Collect payments and manage invoices according to company policy.
Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and customer feedback.
Handle customer complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
Report market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to the Sales Supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid Manual Driving License
(mandatory).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the
food or bakery industry
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Good knowledge of local routes and areas.
Basic math and record-keeping skills.
Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
Physically fit to handle product loading and unloading when needed.
