About the Role:
Lancaster Pharmacy in Al Ain is seeking a highly motivated and patient-focused DOH-licensed Pharmacist to join our outpatient (OP) team. The ideal candidate will be an immediate joiner who is passionate about providing exceptional pharmaceutical care and customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and safe dispensing of medications while building strong, trusting relationships with our patients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
• Provide comprehensive patient counseling on drug usage, dosage, side effects, and storage.
• Conduct prescription verification and review for therapeutic appropriateness.
• Maintain excellent communication with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring drug supplies.
• Ensure strict compliance with all DOH (Department of Health) regulations and pharmacy operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Valid DOH (Department of Health) License as a Pharmacist.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both Arabic and English (both verbal and written) is essential.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer care skills.
• Availability: Must be an immediate joiner or have a very short notice period.

Preferred Qualifications (A Plus):

• Prior proven experience working as an Outpatient Pharmacist in a retail or clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE healthcare system and local drug regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
