Responsibilities:
Training restaurant employees
Managing the team's work schedule
Ensure that standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained
Ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations when serving customers
Checking on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service
Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all restaurant essentials are adequately stocked
Assist superior in reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service
Assist superior in resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
