Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage outlet operations, ensuring top-tier performance in sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Drive revenue growth by driving upselling and suggestive selling to enhance guest experience and maximize profitability.
Maintain cost efficiency by achieving targeted COGS, labour percentages, and profitability goals.
Constantly monitor aggregator orders to ensure no disturbances and escalate if there are any issues, optimizing performance and ensuring seamless service.
Address immediately any bottlenecks for team members that hinder their smooth functioning, ensuring operational efficiency and a positive work environment.
Uphold brand standards, ensuring high-quality food, cleanliness, and outstanding service.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, including health, safety, and business requirements.
Develop and mentor restaurant team, fostering engagement and talent retention.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience managing an international QSR, Coffee Shop, Bakery concepts.
Previous UAE experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach and inspire teams.
Good analytical skills, review sales, cost of goods sold, productivity, identify opportunities and take action.
