Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
Lead, train, and motivate the outlet team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control
Handle customer complaints and queries promptly and professionally
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgets, and performance metrics
Implement marketing and promotional activities to drive footfall and sales
Collaborate with management to develop business strategies and action plans
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or similar role (2+ years preferred)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of MS Office
Hospitality background is a must
Degree/Diploma in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
