• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Pearl Lounge, ensuring smooth service delivery and staff efficiency
• Ensure outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and inventory levels align with internal audits and standards
• Monitor outlet performance, suggest improvements, and implement corrective actions to boost profitability
• Build positive team dynamics and support professional growth of colleagues through coaching and feedback
• Ensure compliance with Jumeirah's safety, quality, and service protocols to meet guest expectations
• Consistently evaluate food, beverage, and service quality, escalating major issues to senior management

Job Requirements

• Previous experience as an Outlet Manager in a luxury 5-star hotel or upscale standalone/branded restaurant
• Fluent in English; additional international languages are an advantage
• Deep knowledge of food and beverage operations and service excellence
• Proficient in budgeting, inventory control, and financial reporting
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and guest-centric mindset
