Your focus will be on maintaining F and B excellence, leading a culturally diverse team, and ensuring operational and financial success. • Supervise the entire outlet operation to ensure smooth service delivery and alignment with brand standards
• Manage guest satisfaction by reviewing feedback, resolving concerns, and maintaining a welcoming environment
• Ensure adherence to Jumeirah's grooming and F and B service standards at all times
• Lead and train the team on best practices in service, upselling, guest interaction, and compliance
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and work with the finance team to boost outlet profitability

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years\' experience as an Outlet Manager in a 5-star hotel or luxury standalone restaurant
• Proven leadership skills managing multicultural teams in a fast-paced F and B environment
• Strong financial understanding of budgeting, inventory control, and profitability improvement
• Excellent English communication; knowledge of Russian or European languages is a plus
• Confident, solutions-driven mindset with a passion for delivering refined guest experiences
