WE'RE HIRING -- OUTLET MANAGER (CAFE)
Al Wasl Road, Dubai
A well-established cafe on Al Wasl Road is looking for a strong Outlet Manager to lead daily operations, people, and performance.
Role Overview
Full responsibility for operations, team management, guest experience, and financial performance of the outlet.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily outlet operations (FOH & BOH coordination)
Staff scheduling, supervision, training, and discipline
Control sales, COGS, wastage, and labor cost
Ensure high service and guest experience standards
Supplier coordination, ordering, stock control & inventory
Compliance with hygiene standards, SOPs, and UAE regulations
Regular reporting to management (sales, costs, action points)
Requirements
Proven experience as Outlet Manager / Cafe Manager in the UAE
Currently located in the UAE
Able to join immediately
Strong leadership and people management skills
Good understanding of P&L, food cost, and labor control
Hands-on, organized, solution-oriented
Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)
