Assistant Outlet Manager responsibilities include:
Assistant Outlet Manager responsibilities for an outlet include scheduling shifts for all Sales Assistant, monitoring daily expenses and revenues and ordering supplies as needed. To be successful in this role you should have work experience with various roles in coffee shops especially, you should be available to work during opening hours, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the outlet.
Hire and onboard new staff.
Train employees on item preparation and proper use of the equipment.
Coordinating work schedules and overseeing inventory ordering.
Coordinate with vendors and order supplies/ ingredients, as needed.
Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses.
Ensure areas are clean and tidy at all times.
Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty, educating customers on our menu and boost our reputation.
Assist in online promotion and marketing of outlet & products.
Requirements
Work experience as a Cafe Assistant Manager with at least 2 years relevant experience.
Hands-on experience with preparing and operating cafe machines.
Good mathematics skills.
Availability to work within opening hours (including weekends and holidays).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent Customer service attitude and problem solving skills
High school Diploma.
Sound knowledge of Food and Beverages Hygiene, Health and Safety regulations.
UAE driving license is also an advantage
