Job Summary:

We are hiring 2 outdoor stall sales promoters in Dubai.

Ideal for active, friendly people who enjoy selling clothes, jewellery, cosmetics, and accessories at outdoor markets and events.

We are looking for energetic and polite staff to manage outdoor stalls selling clothing, jewellery, cosmetics, and fashion accessories.

This is a customer-facing sales role -- perfect for individuals who enjoy engaging with shoppers and earning attractive performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers at the stall

Promote and sell jewellery, clothes, cosmetics, and accessories

Achieve daily sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction

Keep the stall area clean and organized with attractive product displays

Handle cash transactions and record daily sales accurately

Assist with stock setup, restocking, and packing

Requirements:

Basic communication skills in English or Hindi (Bengali is a plus)

Must hold a valid UAE visa (company visa not provided)

Previous stall or retail sales experience preferred

Honest, punctual, and customer-friendly attitude

Physically fit and able to stand for long hours

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: AED 1,500 per month

Bonus: AED 100 for every AED 1,000 in sales

Working Hours: 9 hours per day (Evening shift: 5 PM - 2 AM)

Leave: 2 days per month

Location: Outdoor markets and promotional events across Dubai
