Bin Moosa and Daly LTD LLC is one of the first Abu Dhabi-based trading companies, serving the UAE local market for 50 years, with over DHS 140 million in annual turnover and almost 200 employees. The Company was established in 1967 by Michael F. Daly to service the emerging Abu Dhabi construction market.

Over the years, the company has grown dramatically and expanded its portfolio of products to include pumps, hydraulic solutions, solar water heaters, manhole covers and anti-corrosion systems. We are the premier local assembler of high quality Packaged Pump sets and have active sales outlets in Abu Dhabi, Musaffah, Dubai, Sharjah and Al Ain.

In addition to being a pioneer in the supply of water flow and pressure products, we cater to offshore developments with corrosion prevention, sealing technologies and hazardous area lighting. We sell top quality products sourced from over 14 countries, with a portfolio of more than 30 brands (10+ sole distributor).

Job Objective

Proactively support the Technical Services Division in all aspects of after sales service. As a member of the Service Team must lead by example, complying with the relevant operating procedures while ensuring that exceptionally high levels of customer satisfaction are delivered and maintained.

Specific responsibilities:

Take hands on approach and participate in system start-up and commissioning of equipment, work with other Service Technicians on onsite repairs. Provide repair cost estimates and calculations for quotations. Maintain full records of all materials used in each job and ensure that the invoicing and payments are promptly made upon completion of job. Maintain time management in coordination with Service Coordinators. Lead and co-ordinate technical root cause analysis, risk assessment, problem resolution and close out. Serve existing accounts by analysing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems. Establish service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; carryout installation jobs as and when required; performing acceptance tests. Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements. Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
