Job Title: Outdoor Salesman - Grocery Products

We are looking for a motivated and experienced

Outdoor Salesman

with a strong background in grocery sales to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in visiting various shops and retailers, building relationships, and collecting orders for our grocery products. This role is perfect for someone who knows the market well and is confident working in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit grocery stores, mini-marts, supermarkets, and similar retailers to promote and collect orders for our products. Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and managers to encourage repeat business. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Ensure product availability and visibility at customer locations. Follow up on previous visits and maintain a consistent sales route. Record daily sales activities, order details, and customer feedback. Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets. Stay informed about market trends and competitor products.

Requirements:

Proven experience in outdoor sales, specifically in the

grocery sector

. Strong knowledge of local retail shops and purchasing patterns. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently, manage time well, and handle rejections professionally. Must be physically active and comfortable with field work. High school certificate or equivalent; additional education is a plus. A valid driver's license.
