Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers.
Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily.
Generate new leads and report daily to the Manager.
Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers.
Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.
Sell the company's products like local attire- Kandoora, suits, slippers, uniforms or services to customers within your given territory.
Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs.
Work closely with marketing department to help build the brand.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing or any other related field.
3 years' experience in Outdoor retails Sales in UAE.
Proven track record of over achieving sales targets
Must have a valid UAE driving license and own car
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude in dealing with people.
Absolute understanding of the sales process
Committed to teamwork and account results
Strong motivation and a positive approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities
Passionate customer focused attitude
Strong communication skills in all disciplines including written, oral, email and presenting
Strong negotiation and rapport building skills
Idea generator, self-starter and ability to think outside the box
