We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Outdoor Salesman
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our building materials, maintaining client relationships, and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients in the construction and building sector.
Promote and sell building materials such as cement, steel, plumbing, electrical, and finishing products.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Provide product information, quotations, and follow-ups with clients.
Report sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in building materials or construction industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Valid UAE driving license.
Knowledge of construction materials and market trends is a plus.
