Conduct regular field visits to identify new clients and maintain relationships with existing customers
Present and promote biomedical products, including demonstrating features and benefits
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations and product information
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs
Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely delivery of orders
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities and follow ups
Provide after sales support and handle any customer concerns
Participate in product trainings, exhibitions and marketing activities arranged by the company
Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations
