, and is capable of building long-term, high-value client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development
Identify and acquire new B2B clients across healthcare, hospitality, education, corporate, and industrial sectors
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and professional product presentations
Understand client requirements (fabric, garment type, design, quantity, branding, compliance) and propose suitable solutions
Prepare, negotiate, and finalize quotations, proposals, and contracts
Close sales and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
Act as the primary point of contact for key corporate and institutional accounts
Manage client feedback, revisions, and post-sale coordination
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention
Product & Order Coordination
Coordinate with production, procurement, and operations teams for smooth order execution
Ensure accuracy in sizing, garment specifications, branding details, delivery timelines, and quality standards
Support bulk orders, tenders, and long-term institutional contracts
Market & Reporting
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand within the UAE and GCC
Maintain sales pipelines and records using CRM or ERP systems (
Odoo preferred
)
Provide weekly sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management
Requirements & Qualifications
2-5 years of experience
in
uniforms, garments, textiles, or workwear B2B sales
GCC market experience preferred
(UAE, KSA, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait)
Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Solid knowledge of
to hospitals, hotels, or government entities
Understanding of
branding and customization methods
(embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer)
Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle end-to-end
Strong follow-up discipline and execution-focused mindset
