Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Salesman to join our team. This role involves field-based sales activities, customer engagement, and target achievement. The ideal candidate must be confident, motivated, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell company products/services to new and existing customers.

Visit clients across assigned areas to generate leads and close deals.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed targets.

Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and competitor offerings.

Prepare daily activity and sales reports.

Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up.

Represent the company in a professional manner during all customer interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven outdoor sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in selling interior blinds and curtains.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
